At Red Devil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Red Devil account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repack the products in their original boxes with all protective padding, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
